My name is Todd, and I built this tool initially just for me...so I could get better at my job. I had too much work and too little time to do it, and I was being paid to make good decisions, not make spreadsheets. It wasn't until I created XLFetch and started using it daily that I realized just how much of my work was repetitive, and that most of the work required data from just one or two data sources. I had to invest a little time to setup my most frequently-used data sets, but once I did the time savings were dramatic. My effectiveness improved because I saved time on low-value tasks, I repurposed that time to higher-value work, and I was then able to take on more fun and challenging projects.
